Fast does not mean generic.

This is not a template drop, a rushed patch job, or a one-page placeholder site. Our speed comes from preparation, experience, structure, and focused execution.

Before your intensive, you will complete a guided prep process so we have the content, assets, direction, and access needed to move quickly. On your intensive day, I personally focus entirely on your project and ensure everything comes together as envisioned.

– Mike Boone, Boone.Design Founder

Meet your designer : )

Hey, I’m Mike (my friends call me Boone) – designer, developer, animator, digital media nerd, and the creative brain behind Boone.Design.

I’ve been making things for screens for a long time: websites, motion graphics, brand visuals, event promos, marketing campaigns, and plenty of creative experiments in between. That background means I bring a mix of craft, curiosity and momentum to your project. I think about strategy, user experience, movement, conversion, and how everything fits together as a complete digital presence. I always treat my clients’ businesses as if they were my own.

When I’m not designing, I’m usually making electronic music, DJing or heading out camping. Creative work and adventure both scratch the same itch for me: envision something cool, explore what’s possible, and make the experience memorable.

I look forward to hearing more about you and seeing what we can build together!

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes – when the project is the right fit and the prep work is complete. The one-day format works because we make key decisions before your design day, including your page list, content, brand direction, imagery, calls to action, and technical access. On the intensive day, I focus entirely on designing and building your site instead of waiting on missing content or approvals.

This is best for focused marketing websites, service websites, creative portfolios, landing pages, and small business sites. More complex builds may need additional time or a custom scope. These are available on our Custom Project page.

Yes. Your website copy should be drafted before your intensive day. You do not need to have perfect, polished copy, but you do need to provide the core content for each page so I can structure, design, and refine it into a clear website experience.

You will receive a guided content-writing worksheet to help you gather the right information. Light editing for clarity and flow is included, but full copywriting is not included unless added separately.

Yes. A strong website needs a clear visual foundation, including a logo, color palette, font direction, and general brand style. If you already have those pieces, we can use them as the foundation for your website.

If your branding is incomplete or inconsistent, you can add a Mini Brand Add-On or book the full Brand + Website in Two Days package. This helps make sure your site feels cohesive instead of being designed around unclear or unfinished visuals. If you aren’t sure which branding option is best for you, please reach out and ask!

Our websites are built in WordPress using Elementor. This gives you a flexible, professional website that can grow with your business while still being easy to update after launch.

If your project requires a different platform, ecommerce setup, or special functionality, we can discuss whether it fits the intensive model or should be scoped as a custom project.

The Website in a Day package includes up to 5 standard pages. If you need additional pages, they can usually be added for an additional fee, depending on complexity and how much content is required.

If your site needs significantly more than 5 pages, we may either add extra time blocks, split the project into multiple intensive days, or scope it as a larger custom project.

Ecommerce is not included in the base Website in a Day package. Product setup, checkout configuration, shipping, taxes, subscriptions, inventory, and payment workflows require extra planning and testing.

Simple ecommerce may be available as an add-on, while larger stores will be quoted separately. If ecommerce is a major part of your business, we will confirm the right scope before booking your intensive.

If your content, assets, approvals, or logins are not ready before your scheduled intensive, we may need to reschedule. The one-day process depends on having everything prepared ahead of time.

You will receive a prep board and checklist so expectations are clear. If something is missing, we will address it before the design day rather than forcing a rushed project that cannot be completed properly.

Yes. Your site will be built so you can make normal content updates after launch, such as editing text, replacing images, updating links, and adding basic content.

You will also receive access to short WordPress/Elementor training videos so you can reference exactly what you need without sitting through a long training call. If you would rather not make updates yourself, ongoing support is available.

After your intensive, you will receive your website handoff, training resources, and two weeks of light follow-up support. This support is intended for small fixes, questions, typo corrections, broken links, form/display issues, and clarifications related to the original build.

New pages, new sections, copy rewrites, new functionality, ongoing maintenance, SEO campaigns, or larger changes can be handled as add-ons or through a support plan.

Yes. Payment plans are available for Launch Intensives. A deposit or first payment is required to reserve your spot, and your payment schedule will be outlined before the project begins.

The intensive cannot begin unless your account is current, so all payment details will be confirmed during booking.

The base packages do not include full copywriting, deep brand strategy, ecommerce, membership systems, directories, advanced integrations, custom plugin development, ongoing maintenance, or unlimited revisions.

Many of these can be added separately if needed. The goal is to keep the core intensive focused, efficient, and realistic while giving you the option to expand the scope when it makes sense.

No, your site is not simply dropped into a pre-made template. The design is customized around your content, brand direction, goals, and audience.

That said, I do use proven design systems, reusable section structures, and efficient production workflows behind the scenes. This helps keep the process fast and consistent without making your site feel generic.

Light strategy is built into the process. We will clarify your goals, audience, calls to action, page structure, and overall direction before your intensive.

If you need deeper help with positioning, offers, messaging, content strategy, or business clarity, we can add a strategy session before your intensive or scope a more custom engagement.

Ongoing support is available after launch. You can book updates as needed, add a 30-day support extension, or move into a monthly care or web ops plan.

This is a good fit if you want help with future edits, new pages, campaign updates, landing pages, plugin maintenance, or continued improvements after your site goes live.
